One of the things that I share with my students learning building construction is that whatever they are learning, they should learn it well. They should not sit around and wait for a boss to call them and offer them a job, instead they should create any opportunities for themselves. I encourage them not only to become professionals in construction, but also to convert themselves into entrepreneurs with the little that they may have.
They can start small… focus on which skills they have developed the most, and follow that path. Desulien Jeremy-
